Our History

was established in 1985 as an IT Consultancy Company, and over the years has built up an excellent reputation for providing competent, reliable and trustworthy consultants.
- We initially specialised in the development and support of communication & database (RDBMS) technology.
- Today, we specialise in Total IT Solutions, and provide a range of services designed specifically for each customer.
- The range of services that business force provides includes:

• Recruitment,
• Online store of Computer Hardware & Software,
• Projects: e-commerce and our

a concept nicknamed CROPS.
- By providing a ‘Total service solution’, we want our clients to totally focus on their business and the solutions they need, leaving the Production, Integration and Delivery to be managed by us.
- Every job is treated as a project. Every project has a dedicated Project Manager whose mission is to ensure total customer satisfaction.
- In 2003, we 'opened' an ecommerce store on the Internet that offers:

• From 154 vendors
with real time prices and stock levels.

Why do we need a code?
Ethics is about fairness and what society considers right or wrong through the rules and practices that underpins conduct between individuals and groups.
To the outside world we are
business force
and so the behavior of us all in terms of honesty and integrity is fundamental to our image and reputation.
Customers expect the highest standard of service and conduct.
The values associated with our brand such as those of conscientiousness, concern and diligence match these requirements and must at all times be adhered to in order to demonstrate our genuine desire to create peace of mind and security for the customer.
A code is useful to the public as it allows a clear understanding of the Company’s values. It will hopefully also encourage you to think what constitutes acceptable behavior before being faced with real life examples. This has particular relevance given the emphasis on flatter organizational structures, increased personal authority and fewer built in controls.
How will these values affect the way we do business?
Corporate values are important in driving those behaviors, which will sustain business success.
They form the basis of our relationships with each other, our customers and wider interest groups e.g. shareholders, suppliers, local community, etc.
At all times we will need to support our brand values by acting in a responsible, dependable and scrupulously professional manner.
The behaviors required are being incorporated in our recruitment, selection, training and reward practices.
What will it mean for everyday work?
Always acting in a manner so individual motives are beyond questioning.
The public scrutiny test is a good one, i.e. would I be totally comfortable with my conduct being the subject of a close examination by another party - internal or external?
Any doubt suggests the conduct or action should cease.
In any event, all employees are encouraged to discuss situations with colleagues and their supervisor as a useful way to learn from experience.
No-one will be criticized for any loss of business which may result from adherence to this code.
Similarly no employee will suffer or be prejudiced as a consequence of reporting a breach or suspected breach of the code.
Failure to comply with the code will be viewed seriously and could result in disciplinary action.
