Unlocking your
potential
: |
We all need a chance to show our true worth.
A job is not just about money it is also about job satisfaction and the opportunity to demonstrate how good you can be given the right environment.
Some of our clients are often prepared to accept a candidate that do not have "all" the skills they required
if they feel you are the right candidate.
|
|
Making you
feel motivated
: |
Motivation is important to you and our clients.
You need a job that you enjoy and where you get the recognition for your efforts, skills and talent.
|
|
Ensuring you are
dependable
: |
We have all heard of people that change jobs often, usually because they have been offered more money somewhere else. Very quickly they get branded as 'tourist'.
Or colleagues have no concept of arriving on time or who speak or act irresponsibly.
Being reliable, dependable and responsible will ensure that you have a prosperous future !
The rewards will only become obvious in the long term.
|
|
Providing you
security
: |
Business Force was established in 1985 and has a long track record.
Unlike the competition, we don't have to borrow to survive or pay our contractors! Hence, we are more focus on ensuring our clients and get the service you deserve.
Some contractors prefer long-term contract to give themselves a bit of stability and security.
Some contractors prefer short-term contract because they are "in between things" or enjoy the variety.
The key to being a long term contractor is to be flexible and being prepared "grab" opportunities as they unfold.
|
Maintaining your
skills
: |
Some contractors think that unless you have experience in the latest "hotware" product you are finished. Tell that to the people maintaining legacy systems!
It is a question of balance. Nowadays, our clients are becoming much more wary of this constant upgrade cycle.
