Our History : Long before we decided to offer a recruitment service, we used ourselves agencies to resource our own IT projects.

Our unique advantage : We don't employ sales staff. All our staff is technical with decades of experience in the IT industry.

Interview Panel We improve the level of IT expertise of your interview panel by offering an external interview panel member with at least 10 years of expertise specific to the position being filled.

If you have a job specification, please email it to us at Jobs@b-f.co.uk or fax it to us.

We will carefully review it, ask question(s) and offer to meet the key staffs in your organization to ensure the 'true' requirements are defined AND understood.

Alternatively, we will be delighted to prepare a job specification for you.

 

References

Once you have decided to call a candidate for an interview, we check their references for you.

We also validate the information received and will keep you inform of the outcome: positive or negative.

 

Pre interview assessment We can further shortlist your favorite candidates by conducting a telephone interview.

We review with each candidate their CV and can ask relevant technical questions.

Each candidate is pre-warned of the phone call and asked to give a suitable time. Making sure the candidate is at ease and rising his/her interest in the position being offered.

 

Skills Test If required, we can prepare a written custom Technical Skill Assesment Test.

This written test is taken prior to the interview and assesed by a technical expert.

 

Adaptive Technical Test If required, we can recommend Adaptive (generic) Technical Skill Assesment Test.

This online test is taken prior to the interview.
