History

Long before we decided to offer a recruitment service, we used ourselves agencies to resource our own IT projects.
We quickly realized that agencies are at worst pest and at best only providing lip service to the importance of providing quality staff that will remain with our/your company for years!

ethos

Hence, we started doing our own advertising and put in place a state of the art computer system to identify/short list the best candidates available at any one time.
Then defined a "vacancy requirement acquisition" process that includes meeting the executive staff of your company and the people that will work with the successful candidates to ensure the 'true' requirements are defined AND understood.
The results are then used in our short listing process. Typically we rarely put forward more than 3 CVs for your consideration as we know your time is valuable.

We will carefully review it, ask question(s) and offer to meet the key staffs in your organization to ensure the 'true' requirements are defined AND understood.
Alternatively, we will be delighted to prepare a job specification for you.

Contract staff

We know a lot of contractors. So we always first look for people we know! That is one of the benefits to have been in IT since 1985! If we think he/she would be ideal for the job and have worked with them before or one of our client told us so, we will tell you.
If we don't know somebody personally, we will search our databases and/or advertise the position.
We have a very comprehensive contract with each contractor. This ensure that issues like:
confidentiality early termination un-professional behavior dissatisfaction and many other caveats...
are properly covered.
When the time comes to renew, we will contact you and the contractor about a month before the end of the contract to find out you want to do.

References validation

If, you call a candidate for an interview, we will get at least TWO references.
We also validate the information received and will keep you inform of the outcome: positive or negative!

After Care
: |
Now, that we found you the ideal candidate, the service does not stop here ...
We will call you and the successful candidates within a week of starting to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
If any problem arises, we will try our best to resolve them.
