Support Type Overview
Incident          You log a call and we provide telephone support.
Gold We validate your installation, carry out periodic checks and you have access to our helpdesk whenever you need it. This service is operated under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).


On call for INCIDENT : Admin We offer an INCIDENT support services for Microsoft's BackOffice and Novell Server.

How it works ? You log a call and we call you back within 1 working day
What can I ask ? Any questions you may have about Microsoft, Novell and Unix server products.
Who is it suitable for ? Administrator and Operation Staff
How much does it cost ? It is priced on a flat fee of £115 (excl. VAT)
What if you can't resolve the problem remotely? Only telephone support is included. You may need to provide remote access facility to our Administrators.


On call for GOLD : Admin We offer an INCIDENT support services for Microsoft's BackOffice and Novell Server.

How it works ? We will first carry out an AUDIT of your installation and produce a written report to outline our findings. If you have a problem, you log a call and we call you back within a pre-agreed time. We will also visit you site monthly to check all is running smoothly.
What can I ask ? Any questions you may have about Microsoft, Novell and Unix server products.
Who is it suitable for ? Administrator and Operation Staff
How much does it cost ? It depends on the size and complexity of your installation.
What if you can't resolve the problem remotely? Telephone support and site visit are included. You will need to provide remote access facility to our Administrators.
What is different? This service is operated under a Service Level Agreement (SLA).


This is a short list of activities that will increase the reliability of your Distributed Computing System:
  • Back Up all file systems on Removable Media and store the tapes in a Fire Safe,
  • Check the Server logs,
  • Remove/Disable User Account of staff who have left within 24 hours,
  • Carry out Virus checking, if appropriate
  • Change administrator passwords at least every 3 months or when a member a staff who could have acquired a password leaves the Client’ employment. Administrator password must be at least 12 alphanumeric characters.
  • Carry out integrity check on all Servers file systems
